I have organized a number of large events like this scattered over large areas. The one thing that always ties it together is the live audio broadcasting throughout the area. If I need to get a quick message out, I pass it along to a DJ who announces it over the air for all to hear. During every single one of these, in some form or another, Trin and Nala have been there supporting me. Last year, these two, with Madame Maracas and the Radio Radio crew and also Server Cave (formerly ketnar.org), supported the first Relay For Life event by filling every minute of the event with live entertainment.

I’m deeply regretful that I have done such a horrible job of recognizing the very hard work and passion that this amazing team of individuals put into my event. Without them, no one would have known what in the world was happening, and the event would have flopped bigtime. To Trinity Serpentine, Nala Galatea, Madame Maracas, and everyone else who helped make the audio happen at the first SL Relay For Life, I thank you and love you all very much.

I’m very happy to announce that Trin and Nala are coming back for another year of Relay, with added support from Spin Martin of Hipcast.com and an array of live musicians. I’ll let the tension build and the rumor mill grind while you try to figure out exactly who will be performing at the second annual Second Life Relay For Life!
